LilyCRUICKSHANK(Heddon on the Wall) Peacefully in hospital on 23rd March 2022. Lil, beloved wife of the late Derek William, much loved mother of Fi and Kirsty, sons in law Neil and Barry and grandsons, Owen and Jakob. Funeral Service will take place at St Andrew's Church, Heddon on the Wall on Friday 1st April at 2.00pm followed by interment in the Churchyard. At the family's request you are asked not to wear black. Family flowers only, donations may be given in Lil's memory to Alzheimer's Society. There will be a separate collection in church. All are welcome afterwards at the Swan Inn.

Lil was always so loving and caring with my elderly Mam and we both really appreciated her for that.
We will miss our chats with her.

Lil, a real linchpin of the village, was always welcoming and helpful, happy to pass the time of day and full of positivity. She'll be a real miss in Heddon. So sad to hear of her passing but relieved to hear that she died peacefully.
